Join the Relational Friction study:
On Conflict and Connection in the Age of AI
How do we manage tension or conflict with other people while still staying in relationship with them? How do we stay connected but stay real? Technologists are selling AI as a way to avoid "friction." But is friction always a bad thing? How do we learn how to experience or even resolve the (inevitable) frictions with other humans without necessarily leaving them?
If you are:
-
A formerly estranged family member who has reconciled to some degree
-
A parent who shares amicable custody with your ex
-
A grandparent who lives with your adult children and their kids
-
Someone who has experienced workplace conflict, but remained working (at least somewhat civilly) with your antagonist
I'm interested in talking to you!
Interviews are confidential, relaxed, last 1-4 hours, and take place in a mutually convenient time and place. Participants receive a virtual Visa gift card emailed to you worth $30 USD.
